BRONSTER LLP

Daniel G. Hochman

Daniel Hochman is an Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, where he focuses on commercial real estate transactions and litigation. He manages a substantial portfolio of landlord-tenant matters and serves as outside general counsel for companies with complex operational and legal needs. He handles matters requiring concurrent drafting, negotiation, and enforcement analysis, providing clients with clear strategic guidance.

Before joining Bronster, Daniel served as In-House Counsel at Shelbourne Global Solutions, a national real estate investment and management firm. He negotiated major commercial leases, reviewed title and financing materials, conducted transactional due diligence, and resolved regulatory and operational issues across more than eight million square feet of Class A property nationwide. He worked directly with asset management and property management teams and coordinated with outside counsel to align legal and business objectives.

Daniel also previously worked as fractional general counsel for real-estate-adjacent clients. He served as the primary legal lead across their agenda, directing commercial contracting, compliance, risk allocation, and litigation. He worked with internal teams and outside counsel on complex disputes and high-value real-estate litigation, while also handling the company’s non-litigation operational work.
