William Hoffer

William Hoffer’s practice focuses on litigation, primarily in the areas of tax lien and mortgage foreclosures. Mr. Hoffer has represented financial institutions, as well as servicers, in various matters and throughout various courts situated in different parts of New York State.

William Hoffer’s practice also focuses on complex litigation in the areas of creditor’s rights, Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies, in both the Eastern and Southern districts of New York. He has also performed a variety of real estate transactions including due diligence, reviewing contracts, and analyzing land records and title reports.

A graduate of Saint John’s University School of Law, Mr. Hoffer was a Merit Scholar and a member of the Admiralty Law Journal. He is admitted to practice in both the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of New York.
