Alison T. Angelo's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate litigation, primarily in the areas of tax lien and mortgage foreclosures. Ms. Angelo represents lenders, financial institutions and servicers through every aspect of the foreclosure process, from commencement through redemption, sale, or other disposition. Ms. Angelo also represents clients in the sale and transfer of commercial real estate ("REO") properties and other real estate transactions.
While attending St. John's University, Ms. Angelo was a member of the New York International Law Review and the St. John's Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Ms. Angelo is an active member of the New York City Bar Association. Ms. Angelo is conversant in Spanish.
