Adam P. Briskin

Adam Briskin is an Associate in the Tax Lien & Mortgage Foreclosure Practice Group. His group focuses on tax liens, mortgage, and in rem foreclosure actions. Mr. Briskin represents lenders, financial institutions, and servicers through the entirety of foreclosure proceedings from commencement through redemption, sale, or other disposition.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Briskin represented institutional lenders and investors in contested residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure litigation, real property litigation, and in landlord/tenant proceedings. He has handled all aspects of the litigation process including pre-trial discovery, motion practice, drafting appellate briefs, and settlement negotiations.

Mr. Briskin is admitted in New York State and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
