Alina Gluzman

Alina Gluzman is an Associate in the Litigation, Foreclosure, and Real Estate Practice Group at Bronster LLP. She specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions, sales, construction/development, and financing. Additionally, she is actively involved in litigation matters including tax liens, mortgage foreclosures, and real estate related disputes.

Ms. Gluzman holds a Juris Doctor degree from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. During law school, she was the Executive Productions Editor of Pace Law Review Journal. Showcasing her exceptional oral advocacy skills and legal acumen, Ms. Gluzman earned her place amongst the top finalists in the 2020 Louis V. Fasulo Moot Court Competition and was a semi-finalist in the 2021 Advanced Appellate Moot Court Competition.

A former summer associate at Bronster LLP, Ms. Gluzman rejoined the firm after passing the bar exam. She has prior experience as a legal intern for the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office, specifically within the Narcotics and Investigations Bureau Unit. Additionally, Ms. Gluzman accumulated over seven (7) years of experience working as a real estate paralegal and further solidified her expertise through her role as a title closer.

Ms. Gluzman is fluent in Russian.
